Autonomy and regional relevance
Tatarstan is one of the constituent republics of the Russian Federation, located in the central region of the country along the middle course of the Volga River. With a population of approximately four million people, it stands out for its high level of administrative autonomy, cultural diversity, and strategic importance within the Russian economy.

Expansion with consistency
Gaertner’s visit to Tatarstan reinforces a clear directive of ITKF Global: international expansion driven by institutional articulation, territorial presence, and dialogue with governments.
